PROCESS
Design will be done using CorelDraw, CNC & Bending Files are Given to the concern department.
Process 1 ACP & PVC Cutting in CNC Machine
Process 2 Aluminum Bending will be made using bending machine
Process 3 Letter will be fixed in PVC Model
Process 4 Glue Curing will be done (90mins)
Process 5 LED Pasting in ACP Sheet. (soldering & Hot Glue Apply will be done )
Process 6 Shell & Base Fixing using Silicon
