PROCESS
Design will be done using CorelDraw, CNC & Bending Files are Given to the concern department.
Process 1 ACP & PVC Cutting in CNC Machine
Process 2 Aluminum Bending will be made using bending machine
Process 3 Letter will be fixed in Acrylic using anabond and AB glue
Process 4 LED pasting in ACP sheet. (soldering & hot glue apply will be done)
Process 5 Shell & base fixing using silicon
