PROCESS
Design will be done using CorelDraw, CNC & Bending Files are Given to the concern department.
Process 1 ACP & PVC Cutting in CNC Machine
Process 2 Aluminum Bending will be made using bending machine
Process 3 Letter will be fixed in Acrylic using Anabond and AB glue
Process 4 LED Pasting in ACP Sheet. (soldering & Hot Glue Apply will be done )
Process 5 Shell & Base Fixing using Silicon
